Entry and select logon. Enter the client, user name, and password and we will able to change a new password, then select enter. Then you are now logged on to the SAP easy acces menu.

If there are system-wide messages, the system messages dialog box will appears. Then after we have read the messages, choose continue or enterto close the dialog box.

Menus allow us to find a specific transaction when we do not know the transaction code.

First time before we log on, our system administrator will give us an initial password. Then during the logon process, we should create a new password, one that we alone will know. After that, use our own password whenever we log on

The status bar provides general information on the SAP system and transaction or task we are working on, and displays information on the current system status, for example warnings or errors.
11.In multiple sessions, how many sessions can we open and will those data lose?
We can create up to six session per logon at any time, each session we create is as if we logged on to the system again. No, we will not lose any data in sessions that are already open.
12.Are the menus show in every an SAP system?
No, they do not. Those menus shown depend on which application we are working in.
13.What we get if we leave on an icon for a moment?
If we leave on an icon for a moment, QuickInfo appears with the name or function of that icon

Yes, they are.

Yes, it is true. By creating their own favorites list.
16.If we have several sessions open, can we minimize then restore it again? How?
Yes, we can. We can minimize the sessions we are not using, then when we need to use one of these sessions later, we can restore it by clicking the appropriate symbol in the status bar, making it the active session.
17.Is it good to create too many sessions per logon on SAP system?
Honestly No, it is not good. Too many open sessions can result in slower system performance. Our system administrator may limit the number of sessions we can create to fewer than six
18.What is the function of use F1?
F1 can help on fields, menus, functions, and messages.
19.In locate field-level help, how to use F1 help on the company code field on the organizational assignment? Explain the steps!
Choose human resources-> personnel management ->administration -> HR master data -> maintain.Enter the personnel number, select organizational assignment infotype by selectiong the box in front of the infotype, and then select display. Click company code field and select F1 for field-level help.

F4 for information on what values can enter, and accres F4 help for a selected field using the button immediately to the right of that field
21.Explain the steps to open and close sessions using the menu path or appropriate icon!
Using system -> create session or system -> end session by choosingcreate a new session. From the menu bar, choosesystem -> create sessionor choose creates a new sessio icon.
22.What we have to do after finis using a session? Is it a good idea to end it all?
We have to save any data we want to keep, when we end a session, the system does not prompt we to save our data. Yes, it is a good idea, each session uses system resources that can affect how fast the SAP system responds to our requests.
23.What is Help features? Can it be displayed in any screen?
The SAP system provides comprehensive online help. Yes, it can, display the help from any screen in the system and can always request help using help menu or using relevant icon
24. In SAP Easy Acces, can we create a favorites list containing Transactions, Files, and Web Addresses?
Yes, we can. By entering a transaction code in the command field
25. In SAP Easy Acces, how many steps if we want to maintain master data transaction and any web site we like to our favorites? Explain the steps!
There are 5 steps from the SAP Easy Acces menu, choose human resources -> personnel management-> administration -> HR master data -> maintain. Select maintain and drag it to the node under the wordfavorites.
